Payment Terms: Buyer will post an irrevocable, transferable, divisible
documentary letter of credit
(LC), For the value of each monthly delivery. This will act as a payment
guarantee from a prime world bank that is from a mutually acceptable
branch (City and Country). If the LC is not issued from a top world secure
internationally acceptable bank the buyer will have the LC confirmed at
the buyer’s expense.
The amount of the LC should be for the value of one month value and allow
for +/-10% under and over payment(s).
After the first successful trail delivery the LC will be issued as an
auto-revolving for 11 additional delivery on a month to month value basis.
The LC shall be open and operative for the initial trail delivery for 30
days, irrevocable,
transferable Documentary Letter of Credit (“DLC”) issued for each shipment
by a
bank acceptable to seller’s bank, payable at sight upon presentation of
standard loading-port documents. See “Letter of Credit” below.

pay via TT (swift wire cash transfer) per delivery bank to bank.

Buyer can deposit in the Seller’s U.S. Attorney bank escrow account the
equivalent amount of 1/2 USD of the monthly value and to be in place a a
payment guarantee. The payments per each delivery are to be via TT (cash
wire transfer bank to bank). A performance bond is to be deposited as well
In this attorney escrow account as a delivery guarantee.
Prof of Product can be a combination of the following and this list is not
inclusive but acceptable. Recent Certificate(s) of Analysis bya
Independent Inspection Agency, Recent Bill(s) of Lading, Warehouse
Receipt(s) and /or Export permit(s).
Third party documentation and some sanitizing / redacting is acceptable.
