We have a US-based seller to provide 1.2 million tons/year of iron ore from Mexico on contract basis. Below is a summary offer:
Commodity: Iron Ore.
Specification: Fe 64.5% basis, rejection below 63.0%
Si O2 2.50% basis, rejection above 3.5%
Al2O3 2.00% basis, rejection above 4.5%
P 0.07% basis, rejection above 0.1%
S 0.05% basis, rejection above 0.08%
CaO 1.2%
Mn 0.09%
K2O 0.20%
Cr 0.005%
Zn 0.01%
Mg 0.07%
Sn 0.01
Na2O 0.02%
TiO2 0.05%
Fe2O2 3.90%
Moisture (free moisture loss at 105 degrees) 6.0% max.

6.3mm –10mm: 15% maximum

Loading Port: Manzanillo or Lazaro Cardenas, Mexico
Quantity: 100,000 MT x 12 months with rolls and extensions to 5 years.
Price IDEA: $125/MT FOB MV loading port. Seller can assist in ocean freight for CIF shipment.
Packing: Loose in bulk vessel.
Shipment: 30-45 days upon acceptance of banking instrument.
Inspection: SGS at loading to be paid by seller. Buyer's own inspection at yard site or loading is also welcome.
Payment: Revolving DLC for one month as payment guarantee. Monthly payment in DLC or T/T (95% at sight & 5% after CIQ inspection)
Performance Bond: 2%.
